Coach Jeff is the founder of Midnight Lifestyle Fitness and specializes in helping adults over 30 lose fat, build strength, and improve health markers through sustainable lifestyle change.
With a background in medical-based fitness and years of hands-on coaching experience, Jeff works with clients who are tired of extreme diets, confusing advice, and quick fixes that don’t last. His approach combines strength training, nutrition coaching, habit building, and accountability — all designed to support real health outcomes like better energy, improved labs, and reduced reliance on medications (in coordination with medical providers).
Jeff believes fitness isn’t about chasing aesthetics — it’s about creating a body and lifestyle that lets you show up fully for your family, career, and life long-term.
When he’s not coaching, Jeff focuses on continuing education, personal training, and building systems that help clients create change that actually sticks
